The AI Guide Academy empowers both students and instructors at TUM to use AI
meaningfully in education. We offer training, resources, and support to help the TUM community make the most of AI in teaching and learning. As our Information Manager, you’ll play a key role in organizing and enhancing our online course and communication processes.
Requirements:
● Very good written and spoken German and English skills
● Independent, self-responsible, and structured way of working, good communication
skills.
● Confident use of common MS Office programs and a high affinity for IT-related
topics.
● Experience in using online learning platforms (Moodle) and online teaching tools, or a
high level of willingness to engage intensively in this area.
● You have not yet completed a master's degree program.
Tasks:
● Manage and organize applications from students and instructors.
● Oversee student forums, polls, and feedback activities.
● Introduce interactive elements to our Moodle course.
● Maintain and update course content and key information.
● Manage student certificates and documentation.
● Communicate with students via email, handling inquiries and announcements.
