Your position
As Head of People & Culture Germany, you will be a key driver in shaping and implementing our HR strategy across the region. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of People & Culture Professionals and HR Business Partners, supporting our leaders in building empowered, engaged, and high-impact teams. With a solid background in collaboration with Works Councils and experience in global, regional, and local P&C projects, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust, future-ready P&C organization in Germany.
Your tasks
1. Leading P&C initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local labor regulations
2. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business on all HR matters throughout the employee life cycle
3. Fostering strong and constructive collaboration with the Works Council
4. Enhancing the employee experience and talent development efforts to attract, retain, and grow top talent
5. Partnering closely with the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE), regional Talent Acquisition team and DEI committee to strengthen our inclusive culture
Your profile
6. Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
7. Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
8. Solid understanding of German labor law and collaboration with Works Council
9. Basic knowledge and experience in Payroll projects
10. Experience in working in collaboration with Works Council committees at all levels of the company
11. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, performance management, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture
12. Several years of experience in a similar senior HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Languages: German – fluent, English – fluent
Nice to have: Previous experience using Human Resources ERP systems and topics related to employee experience
