Customer Service Manager (Full-Time)

Mannheim/Remote | Vollzeit

About GETS – Global Events Trust Software:

We are GETS – a modern, international SaaS platform for event management. Our office is located in Mannheim, while team members from Spain also work with us remotely. Most of our collaboration takes place digitally, flexibly, and humanly.

Tasks

As Customer Service Manager, you ensure that support requests through our ticket portal are processed quickly, clearly, and with high quality. You actively listen, recognize patterns, and support our customers in quickly solving their challenges – always focusing on relationship and trust.

* Ticket processing and prioritization
* Ensuring fast response and solution times
* Closely working with the Customer Success & Product Team
* Self-sufficient contact maintenance and communication with customers
* Detailed documentation of all requests and solutions
* Ongoing development of our service processes
* We use JIRA as our main tool for service, support, and development. Automated workflows, clear structures, and transparent processes help us process tickets and features efficiently. JIRA knowledge is a strong plus – but not mandatory.


Qualifications

You should bring:

* Excellent German and English skills
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the software industry
* Team spirit and joy in joint further development
* Clear communication and structured working methods
* High service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving competence
