Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Service Manager for Extended Enterprise (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.

Your responsibilities:
6. Prepare, implement and realise services during the Life Cycle
7. Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support
8. Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support
9. Acting as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders around the Extended Enterprise services
10. Performing performance reviews
11. Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation
12. Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs
13. Ensuring smooth Entry-into-Service whenever a new Extended Enterprise solution is implemented
Your profile:
14. Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
15. Work experience in the field of Customer Service, Project Management and knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
16. Experience in service management and stakeholder management
17. Experience in design processes
18. Basic knowledge about network and virtualisation technologies
19. Use of JIRA & Confluence
20. Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure knowledge is a plus
21. Fluent English skills, written and spoken
