Role Overview As Engineering Manager you will champion high engineering quality standards, develop your team, and deliver first‑class experience to Canonical employees using Salesforce/NetSuite. Key Responsibilities Accountability for design and development of internal products. Lead and coach a team of software engineers. Develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports. Seek improvements to established processes, designs, and solutions. Build an understanding of business needs to deliver impactful outcomes. Requirements Exceptional academic track record from high school and university. Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative. Track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results. Experience with software development in Salesforce, NetSuite, or another CRM/ERP system. Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills. Result‑oriented and driven to meet commitments. Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks. Nice‑to‑have skills Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles. Performance engineering expertise.
