A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Are you ready to support the Outlets Manager in the management of the restaurant, bar and in room dining at a world-leading luxury hotel? Are you looking for an experience where you will gain outstanding knowledge of fine dining and drinks, while helping deliver highest quality experience for guests? Than we would love you to join us as a F&B Supervisor trainee at Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotel.
You will assist the Outlets Manager with day-to-day activities:
* Assist in F&B projects and administrative tasks, preparation of events, creating reports, support stock counts
* Participate in the service of the restaurant, bar and in room dining: welcome guests according to service standards, mise en place of tables, clear tables and set up for the next service
* Work closely with different hotel departements
Who we are looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for an intern who bring:
* Available starting February 2026 for an internship of minimum 5 months
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in French and English
* Excellent grooming standards
