As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you continuously strive for an optimal Order Management process. As first point of contact you will not only handle order entry but also manage customer inquiries, complaints, service level issues and you will be screening actual orders against the forecast. Langenfeld, Germany with office attendance from Monday - Thursday (Friday optional working from home).
As Customer Service Representative you are open minded, stress resistant, proactive and you like challenges and multicultural environments. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales experience in an International environment is preferred;
Experience with SAP / ERP system is preferred;
Fluent in English and Germany are required, both verbal and written.
