Job Description About us Within SCHOTT’s Strategic Business Field Specialty Glass Solutions, you will drive systematic business development for high-performance glass applications worldwide. By translating market insights, technologies and proven concepts into scalable growth initiatives, you will play a key role in strengthening SCHOTT’s global market position reporting directly to the division manager.
Drive the strategic development of new business opportunities, markets and applications in close collaboration with the division management, Sales, Marketing and Product Management
Conduct and synthesize market analyses, market studies and sales data to identify growth levers, risks and opportunities
Lead cross-functional, international projects from concept to implementation (e.Transfer successful business development concepts and methodologies across countries, regions and applications
Monitor project progress and success using defined KPIs, providing structured reporting to management and key stakeholders
Extensive professional experience in business development, product management, technical sales or a related strategic function
Strong analytical skills with experience in market studies, data analysis and strategic planning
Excellent command of English; confident working in aninternational environment
