Your mission is to ensure operational excellence, lead a skilled technical team, and drive the continuous improvement of network, server, endpoint, and identity services—enabling secure and seamless collaboration across the company.Most importantly, you’ll be a trusted colleague, not just a manager—someone who leads by example, listens with respect, and brings people together around a shared mission.Your new roleYou own and lead core IT services such as office network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, VPN solutions, endpoint deployment, and collaboration tools.You structure the operational backbone by defining team goals, organizing workflows, and leading with clear prioritization.You act as a capacity and workload planner: proactively identifying bottlenecks, balancing resources, and adjusting direction when needed.You support your team—not through micro-management but by removing blockers, enabling decisions, and offering guidance where necessary.You plan, drive, and successfully close projects within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements from DORA, BAIT, security standards, and business needs.Your strengthsA grounded leadership style: You listen, value your team’s expertise, and create space for growth and feedback.A structured leadership mindset: You bring clarity, plan ahead, and know how to prioritize and follow through.Hands-on experience: You are an expert in capacity planning, resource balancing, and stakeholder alignment.Communication and problem-solving skills: You balance strategic foresight with pragmatism, can discuss technical topics effectively, and know when to listen.
