Your tasks You are responsible for the entire consulting process in the field of Engineering & Manufacturing – from customer acquisition to successful placement. You build long-term customer relationships and develop them strategically. You identify and attract qualified specialists and managers through various recruiting channels. You control the entire recruiting process : from requirements analysis and interviews to contract negotiation. You develop sales strategies to tap into new market potential and expand existing customer base. You lead, motivate, and develop a small team of consultants and researchers. You observe market and industry trends and derive measures for business development from them. Thats' you You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification – ideally with a technical or business background. You have several years of experience in personnel consulting or recruiting, preferably in a technical environment ( engineering, production, industry ). You have demonstrably achieved success in sales and customer development. You are familiar with modern recruiting methods and active sourcing. Ideally, you already have leadership experience and enjoy developing a team. You think like an entrepreneur, communicate confidently, and negotiate with poise. You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner, and can communicate effectively in German and English.
