Our client, a leading European investment bank, is looking to add an Analyst to its M&A team based in Stuttgart.
Responsibilities
* Support execution of M&A transactions across sectors, including financial analysis, valuation and due diligence
* Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) and assist in transaction structuring
* Prepare client materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda and management presentations
* Conduct market research, industry analysis and company screening
* Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Transaction Services or related fields
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Solid understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
