Lucentra Group is seeking a Data Analysis Intern to support our consulting team in turning data into actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in how data informs real business decisions, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in analytics, operations, or strategy.
Responsibilities
* Collect, organize, and validate operational and financial data
* Assist consultants in analyzing performance patterns and identifying improvement opportunities
* Build clear and concise reports and dashboards for internal and client projects
* Contribute to market research and benchmarking studies
* Ensure data consistency and clarity across all deliverables
Requirements
Profile
* Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for business performance data
* Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus
* Understanding of key business indicators such as revenue, cost, and productivity
* Organized, accurate, and able to communicate findings clearly
* Fluent in English
