To help us maintain this level of care, we need to expand our Patient Care team with highly motivated and passionate people who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
As a B2C Sales Representative: Digital Healthcare for UK Market, you will act as a Patient Care Adviser. You are at the very centre of our vision to raise the standard of healthcare by making it more personal and caring. You will work towards KPIs in this D2C Sales-based role while also ensuring each and every patient receives the highest standard of service and support while you seamlessly manage their entire journey from the initial call to six weeks post-procedure. Inform, guide and support patients throughout their treatment journeys via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate and schedule medical procedures and all other appointments for your patients
Proactively find solutions to problems in order to support the team’s goals and improve our ways of working and caring for our patients
You write and speak English to a native level (no German skills required)
You have 1+ years of experience in a sales-based role (Note: the patient care role itself is not a traditional sales role, but skills in this area are very much key to success)
You hold a valid working permit for Germany
