Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partnership Team by coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent from various educational institutions and attend recruitment forums to showcase our company's value proposition.
* Analyze existing HR processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
