Your Job:
* Lead the setup and optimization of centralized 24/7 monitoring operations in large-scale environments.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proper feedback loops and continuous improvement processes.
* Establish, document, and refine operational processes, workflows, and incident management practices.
* Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms and mentor internal teams.
* Drive the integration of monitoring tools across the IT landscape and ensure proactive alerting and reporting mechanisms are in place.
Your profile:
* 10+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on centralized monitoring in large corporate environments.
* Proven track record of working within or leading 24/7 monitoring teams.
* Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms:
* NewRelic
* SPLUNK
* Uptrends
* AppDynamics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in setting up effective incident response and escalation procedures.
* Fluent in English language proficiency and German language is a plus.
