As the Director External Supply Operations - Global Specialty, you will be an integral part of our TechOps Biologics / Specialties team. You will lead the External Supplier Relationship team with the focus on Global Specialty segment, focusing on managing relationships with external partners to enhance performance and efficiency
You will implement metrics and performance dashboards, ensuring proactive follow-up on deviations from objectives
You will develop a team of ESO Managers and Purchasers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
You will represent ESO Global Specialty in cross-functional meetings, building partnerships with various departments
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related science (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
You are fluent in English, with fluency in German or other European languages considered a plus
