 * Contact clients' prospects via personalized outreach methods using email and LinkedIn.
 * Identify potential clients in the startup ecosystem, product companies, and businesses needing custom software solutions.
Detailed Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute a strategic lead generation plan involving a custom approach to prospects.
 o Create B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and LinkedIn.
 o Schedule semi-automated email send-outs.
 o Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
 o Build long-term relationships with prospects.
 o Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
 o Set up meetings or calls between clients and the Business Development Manager.
 o Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
Requirements:
 * 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar client-facing role.
 * Advanced level of English.
 * Experience in using sales tools, G-suite services, and CRM systems.
 * Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
