Southeastern Europe Transmission market, securing major infrastructure projects with utilities and industrial customers. Over the past three years, the business has demonstrated strong potential, delivering substantial projects that integrate electrical engineering, digital technology, and civil construction.
With an ambition to achieve a 100 million Euro business in two years, we are looking for a Head of (f/m/d) Grid Solutions for Eastern EU & Southeastern EU, who oversees all strategic and operational activities within the Substations business. This position is crucial for transforming the business by winning and delivering customer contracts while providing proactive thought leadership in the sector.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Deliver customer requirements on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage senior customer relationships from business development through contract execution to repeat business.
Understand industry drivers, challenges, and key competitors’ access to customers.
Engage and motivate internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Create a compelling value proposition and unique selling proposition (USP) for Siemens Energy.
Leverage a deep understanding of the value chain, operational issues, and business models of different customers to influence demand and market portfolio.
What You Bring
Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility in offshore business or large-scale projects.
Strong customer relationship management skills at all levels.
Ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and effectively manage people through coaching and strong leadership skills.
Experience in sales and project delivery, with excellent risk and contractual analysis skills.
Knowledge of customer specific engineering, project planning, construction, and commissioning.
Proficiency in English.
