To reinforce our team, we are looking for an:
Event Manager (m/w/d) (Freelancer or on site)
Your responsibilities:
· Organise, coordinate, and facilitate high-level events in close cooperation with the Account Management team
· Research, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to facilitate the decision-making process
· Plan and facilitate logistics for events, including contract negotiations, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decoration, and marketing materials
· Oversee client experiences, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout
· Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
· Handle administrative duties including budgets, invoicing, and contracts with partners
Your profile:
· You are educated to degree-level, with at least 2 years of experience of event management
· Have proven experience of end-to-end event management, with the ability to work at the operational and strategic levels
· You are highly proactive and organised, with the ability to effectively coordinate and manage the output of deliverables within tight timeframes
· You are adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Our working language is English but proficiency in German is a plus, .
· Experience working in a communications agency in an asset.
