Jil Sander is looking for a passionate and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our Metzingen Outlet.
In this role, you will be a true brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring the continuity of strategic standards and operational excellence while driving business performance and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Your Role:
As Outlet Manager, you will:
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every level
* Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews
* Inspire, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
* Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience
* Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork
* Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
* Achieve commercial targets through smart team organization and impactful product presentation
* Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation and VM supervision
