Lea-Sa seeks a seasoned expert to lead its information security efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation, ensuring consistency across all departments and compliance with industry regulations.
About the Role
* Develop and oversee ISMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
* Maintain and update security documents to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities in projects and initiatives, and participate in risk management processes.
* Coordinate penetration testing and audit remediation activities, and maintain data classification frameworks.
* Provide regular security reports to senior management and relevant authorities, highlighting operational status, risk levels, and compliance.
* Handle daily security requests, including incident response and security testing tasks.
* Design and implement a comprehensive Security Testing Program for the organization.
* Contribute to staff information security training and awareness initiatives.
Requirements
* Masters degree in IT or a related field is required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
* The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities effectively.
* A proactive, energetic, and results-driven approach is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, with French and German being an asset.
