Planning & Controlling Manager (m/w/d) Amplifon is looking for a talented Planning & Controlling Manager to join our local and multicultural Finance team. You will report to the Finance Director Germany and manage the controlling team. You will have a key role in supporting the leadership team in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance. You will ensure the right control of investments in line with results and support in determining long and short-term financial goals. Your main responsibilities are the following: Analyze Business Activities and Financial results. Coordinate and prepare Management reporting to Leadership Team in Germany. Coordinate and review monthly reporting to Corporate Functions. Coordinate and prepare the 3-years Strategic Plan and the monthly forecast. Oversee Opex and Capex investment in line with targets. Oversee indirect costs saving tracking. Financial support and Analysis on M&A activities. Provide advice on Business improvement and Support Management decision by thorough analysis. Manage the team and support their development. Your profile: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar. Fundamental experience in Controlling/FP&A function completed by a first team management experience. Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment. Fluent English skills are mandatory, fluent German is a plus. Leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and mastering of Excel.
