Das WHU MBA Programm richtet sich an Personen mit einem ersten Hochschulabschluss. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert. Das Programm wird komplett in englischer Sprache unterrichtet. Als Mitglied des WHU MBA Prüfungsamts (w/m/d) kümmern Sie sich um alle operativen prüfungsrelevanten Aufgaben, die für die erfolgreiche Durchführung des Programms notwendig sind.
Die Stelle kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit besetzt werden und ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Themen rund um die WHU MBA Prüfungsordnung
2. Datenanalyse sowie Unterstützung ranking- und akkreditierungsrelevanter Themen
3. Erste Anlaufstelle für Studierende und Professoren
4. Bearbeitung aller programmbezogenen organisatorischen Fragen
5. Organisation von extra-curricularen Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten
6. Visa Support für Studierende
7. MBA Office Management
Ihr Profil
8. Erststudium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt mit internationaler Ausrichtung, sowie Berufserfahrung
9. Affinität zu Zahlen und Statistiken, sowie prüfungsrechtlichen Themen
10. Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in englischer und deutscher Sprache
11. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), vorzugsweise mit zusätzlichen Kenntnissen in Management-Informationssystemen
12. Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und interkulturelle Kompetenz, starke Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
13. Ausgezeichnete Organisations-, Zeit- und Büromanagementfähigkeiten
14. Eigenständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
15. Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und regelmäßiger Wochenendarbeit

General information
The WHU MBA Program focuses on people with a first degree and several years of professional work experience. The program is taught entirely in English. As member of the WHU MBA Examination Office team (f/m/d) you will deal with all exam-related administrative tasks necessary for the successful execution of the program.
The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis and is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

25. Management and processing of topics related to WHU MBA Examinations
26. Data analysis and support for ranking- and accreditation-relevant topics
27. First point of contact for students and professors
28. Dealing with all program-related organizational responsibilities
29. Organization of extra-curricular events and activities
30. Visa support for incoming students
31. MBA Office Management
Your profile
32. Academic degree or completed vocational training, ideally with international focus, and work experience
33. Affinity for numbers and statistics, as well as topics related to examination regulations
34. Excellent organizational, time, and office management skills
35. Excellent communication skills, both in English and German
36. Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably with additional skills in management information systems
37. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, strong team player, and exceptional service orientation
38. Ability to work independently in a structured and effective manner
39. Willingness to flexible working schedule and frequent weekend work
