You will provide technical leadership across the full digital design lifecycle, from requirements definition through architecture, design, implementation, verification, and validation.Alongside technical leadership, you will be responsible for team management activities including resource and project planning, goal setting, performance monitoring, and budget ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, verify, and validate next-generation capacitive touch controller ICs incorporating new touch-sensing architecturesDesign, verify, and validate next-generation automotive MCUs to high functional safety standardsProvide technical direction to continually improve product performance and cost efficiencyLead resource and project planning, goal setting, and performance monitoringMentor and coach engineers within the teamKey Requirements5+ years’ experience in digital or mixed-signal design1+ year of experience managing or leading engineersExperience with mixed-signal design (desirable)Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards (desirable)Familiarity with the full ASIC flow across front-end and back-endTo be considered for this role, you must have proven experience managing teams and priorities across multiple projects, delivering on time, and contributing to digital IP development and integration.
