Scientific collaboration on research projects, publications, lectures, and project proposals
Teaching (in accordance with HLehrVO) in the field of business education/human resources development, including supervision of student theses and internships
Participation in international research conferences and networking
You have a very good degree in education, psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable field (bachelor's AND master's degree or equivalent).
You have relevant subject-specific and teaching skills for university teaching or are willing to acquire them.
You have very good German and English language skills.
You have good knowledge of empirical quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
