Job Description
* Ensuring smooth operations through the administration and monitoring of the Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM environment
* First level support for our CRM key users, serving as the primary point of contact for any
technical questions
* Expanding and optimizing the Dynamics 365 standard modules, including testing and
documentation of all changes
* Developing and implementing Power Automate flows to automate Dynamics 365 CRM
business processes
* Central point of contact for the Power BI development team and support in utilizing
Dynamics 365 CRM data in Power BI
Qualifications
* Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
* Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, .NET or Java is an advantage
* Experience in working with CRM systems desirable
* Strong analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented way of working
* High degree of willingness to learn as well as teamwork and communication skills
