Job description
9. Line design: Active participation in the development and optimization of a trend-setting line concept (line balancing).
10. Innovation management: Checking, approving and implementing innovative fixture concepts and supporting design changes.
11. Work preparation: Optimization of production processes, work standards and methods within work preparation.
12. Interface communication: Close exchange with Engineering regarding new design concepts to ensure manufacturability.
13. Quality assurance: Participation in PFMEAs to determine test requirements and minimize risks in the production process.
Your profile
14. Qualifications: Completed studies in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or qualified further training as a technician with additional specialist qualifications.
15. Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in work preparation and sound knowledge of production and assembly technology.
16. Additional qualifications: Completed MTM and REFA knowledge is mandatory for this position.
17. IT skills: In-depth application knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as initial experience with Catia V5.
18. Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
19. Working style: You are characterized by a high level of technical understanding as well as an independent and conscientious way of working.
