Successful candidates must evidence a consistent history of high-impact publications at the intersection of entrepreneurship and technological transformation (e.g., Generative AI, Metaverse, or Cybersecurity). We require a proven trajectory of academic rigor, reflecting a continuous commitment to advancing managerially relevant science at the highest level. Candidates should also have experience in promoting young scientists.br / Teaching: HHL has a reputation for outstanding teaching and has a very international student body at a graduate level. The candidate should show strong evidence of teaching excellence in the field of technological developments, business development and transformation management. Teaching approaches should combine multiple methods for face-to-face, digital and hybrid teaching, and follow a research-induced teaching style. As HHL teaches exclusively in English, fluency in English is required. Experience in teaching in a business school context and non-academic work experience are assets.br / Knowledge Transfer: HHL aims to matter not only in the scientific community but to companies and society at large.
