<p>Fully responsible for the daily management of delivery station:</p><p>1. Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.</p><p>2. Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.</p><p>3. Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company’s requirements.</p><p>4. Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.</p><p>5. Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).</p><p>6. Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.</p>
