Responsibilities Responsibility (Product Owner) for all processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools Act as a master data expert in HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners in data quality and data strategy matters Support global experts in reaching the next level of professionalism by continuously improving SAP SF Employee Central and deriving valuable insights for strategic decision making from available data Analyze complex data sets from different countries and derive recommendations for action, considering local requirements Integral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting the Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in various HR Digitalization Projects Lead development and implementation of regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiatives Your Profile Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Professional Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC in a multinational environment, HR Systems & Data or a similar role Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central Proven experience in data migration projects in SuccessFactors EC Strong skills in project and process management Languages: Excellent English skills; German is a plus Personality: Analytical thinking and strong data affinity Strong IT affinity Excellent communication skills Benefits You work with a high degree of independence and decision-making freedom.
