About this Position
What you´ll do
* Ensure seamless development and deployment of digital campaign assets across multiple digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce channels and social media
* Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, media platforms) to ensure cohesive campaign execution
* Manage campaign timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, leveraging data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
* Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation within campaigns and improve digital marketing effectiveness
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and insights, facilitating informed decision-making
* Ensure all digital campaign content meets brand standards and complies with regulatory guidelines
* Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact
* Guide and inspire project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for certifications in project management or digital marketing.
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in brand & digital marketing, and/or brand communication field
* Strong strategic planning and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while being flexible & adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape
* Fluent English and very good German skills
