We are looking for an intern for our headquarters in Darmstadt from the 15th August 2025, initially for a period of at least 6 months, to support us in the field of Trade Marketing in the Category Growth department. You will support well-known brands like Manhattan and Max Factor step by step as you take on your tasks and become fully integrated into our daily business at Coty. As a team member, you will be responsible for defined areas.

1. We need support with the creation and implementation of effective initiatives within the 4Ps (Product / Place / Promotion / Price)
2. We need support with the conception and implementation of differentiated placements in trade and innovative promotions
3. We track the development of implemented initiatives
4. We create trade-relevant sales documents for new products
5. We provide support with market analyses to determine growth potential and shopper insights
6. We support the definition of product list prices
7. We cooperate closely with product marketing, shopper marketing, sales and procurement to successfully implement planned initiatives
8. You study business administration or a comparable subject
9. You bring first practical experiences from the fields of trade marketing, sales or marketing
10. Your German and English skills in writing and speaking are very good
11. You have mastered MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
12. You have a good way of expressing yourself and are enthusiastic about your developed communication skills
13. In addition to your passion for beauty, you also bring a high affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
