Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide strategic support to the business by developing and implementing effective HR practices. This includes workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and talent development.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will also be required to analyze complex employee relations cases and provide recommendations for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably supporting engineering organizations at European level
* Expert knowledge and experience in general employment law, overall company HR policies, and processes
* Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, especially in sensitive and conflict situations
