The company employs approximately 38.000 people worldwide.We are currently looking for a Senior Key Account Manager whose overall objective is to developand implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with the company`s strategic objectives (NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis. The Senior KeyAccount Manager will be based in Heidelberg, Germany.The person will be responsible for:Building long term partnership with the customerPromotional strategy per customer and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to the commercial strategy and the customer trading termsImplementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customerDeveloping customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementationContinuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency, profitability and overall improvement in the management of categoriesRequirements:Degree in EconomicsMinimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management,Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Marketing in a FMCG companyAdvanced knowledge of Nielsen and Category Management SoftwarePeople Management experience is a plusGood sales knowledge and understanding of retail practice (particularly Hypermarket, Supermarket, key customer strategy & operations)Fluency in EnglishPersonal Attributes:Leadership and interpersonal skills: capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers/internal teamsNegotiationStrong analytical and communication skillsResults oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivatingTenacious and resilientStrong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunitiesInternational mobility and motivation to a long term career in an international businessFor more details please contact: #J-18808-Ljbffr
