 
        We are looking for support in our Glyco-Immuno Analytics unit as soon as possible. As part of the Serologics department, we work closely together with the Serodiscovery unit. We are responsible for projects within TRON and with external collaborators. Planning and organization of projects (time planning, cost and budget planning, experimental design) Development, optimization and execution of serological assays (Luminex, ELISA) and cell-based in vitro assays; a willingness to work in the lab is favored Systematic research, analysis, and interpretation of data Reporting and preparation of publications Development and optimization of new methods and processes Writing of SOPs and process descriptions as well as their revision Coordination of Research Associates in the laboratory A PhD in the field of Immuno-Oncology, Glycobiology or related fields, and first relevant work experience Knowledge of immunological and serological detection methods (especially ELISA methods and Luminex advantageous) Experience in the use of common molecular biological and protein biochemical methods Interest or experience in mass spectrometry is a plus A structured, independent, and efficient way of working as well as a high level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
