HSE Site Professional (m/f/d) Concrete Tower Requisition ID: 10940 Location: Hamburg, DE, 22419 Department: HSEQ The Concrete Towers business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. As an HSE Site Professional (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards during the construction and installation of concrete and hybrid towers. This position offers stability and predictability. You will work exclusively within Germany and benefit from rotation systems for on-site work, either 3 weeks on / 1 week off and 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off. All costs related to your assignments, such as accommodation near wind farm sites and rental cars, are fully covered by Nordex. YOUR TASKS Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix evaluation, etc.) Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety Ensure that construction and installation activities follow HSE guidelines and influence adherence Perform quality control and apply safety standards directly on site Support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety) YOUR PROFILE Certified qualification in occupational health and safety At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection Proficient in HSE-specific software Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows) Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Very good English skills; German is a plus A driving license valid in Germany is required Residence in Germany is mandatory ( relocation support will be provided upon acceptance of an offer.)
