Proclinical is seeking a Sales Director to lead business expansion across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within the field of AI-powered medical imaging. This role focuses on driving growth for advanced diagnostic solutions in a dynamic healthcare market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology by building relationships, developing strategies, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for the DACH region.
2. Build and strengthen connections with hospitals, clinics, and partners.
3. Seek out and engage with emerging opportunities to enhance market presence.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
5. Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize strategies and performance.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
7. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, forecasts, and challenges.
Key Skills and Requirements:
8. Proven experience in sales within radiology, medical imaging, or healthcare IT.
9. Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle and customer needs in the DACH region.
10. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.

12. Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
13. Ability to work independently and travel within the region as needed.
