As Territory Manager for Northern Germany, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth within our Mobile Solution Aftermarket portfolio, including air, fuel, lube, and coolant filters for diesel engines and mobile hydraulics. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution and close collaboration with dealers and customers.
Regular travel of at least 50% across Northern Germany is required.

Your Responsibilities

9. Support and develop existing distribution channels to achieve sales and budget targets

10. Develop and implement new business strategies to acquire new dealers and grow existing accounts

11. Work closely with the Senior Territory Manager and Sales Team to achieve regional objectives

12. Plan and execute field sales action plans in cooperation with dealers

13. Deliver technical and sales training to dealers and end users in German

14. Provide ongoing technical support to dealers to strengthen product and application knowledge

15. Manage key accounts and identify new revenue streams

16. Regularly visit customers and prospects to gain market insights and generate new business opportunities

17. Identify, target, and successfully pursue new sales opportunities

18. Prepare reports and ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and objectives

Minimum Qualifications

19. Technical or commercial degree or comparable education

20. Initial experience in a technical sales role, sales engineering, or territory management

21. Experience in automotive, industrial, or related technical markets

22. Fluent German and good English skills (company language)

23. High willingness to travel within Northern Germany (minimum 50%)

24. Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

25. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a techical or commercial or business-related field

26. Several years of sales experience with a strong motivation to grow professionally

27. Experience in the Mobile Solution Aftermarket or related industries

28. Strong communication and negotiation skills

29. Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with high integrity
