Please apply in English We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. Your mission is to co-create holistic, scalable future-focused capability development programs that help drive business transformation and build future-ready teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders to translate business strategies into people development strategies that enable the company to achieve its short- and long-term strategy.
Your tasks
* You will in collaboration with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders provide consultation to our business leaders on the full suite of people development related matters that contributes to organizational and business performance.
* Support organizational transformation and large-scale initiatives by working closely with critical stakeholders and Transformation team to develop and implement people development solutions that enable employees to adapt to the new processes, systems and culture.
* Enable business build future ready workforce by identifying current and future capability needs, gaps to close and drawing up people development strategy to address the gaps effectively.
* Implement Global Employee Listening activities (e.g. Onboarding survey, global employee survey), global co-ordination, vendor management, data collection and monitoring, preparing analysis and reporting to facilitate management discussions on action planning
* Experiment, continuously improve and scale enabling formats, processes and methodologies (e.g. knowledge transfers) that fosters growth mindset across the organization globally in a Lean manner.
Your qualifications
* You have a completed degree (Degree in Business, HR Management, Change Management, Psychology or equivalent) with solid foundation in Learning and Development practices
* Several years of professional experience working in relevant fields such as strategic HR, people development, organizational development, change management or consulting in an international context
* You have strong consulting and stakeholder management skills (HRBPs and COCs in matrix organization), proven in your track record working at global companies
* High level of expertise in the creation and implementation of business-oriented (global) concepts
* Excellent project management skills
* Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently, be proactive and structured, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
