As Partner Manager - Consulting & IT Service Providers, you will lead one of the most strategic partner landscapes at Wandelbots, turning partnerships into a core growth and credibility lever.
You own the strategy, enablement and success of Wandelbots’ consulting and IT service provider ecosystem. Your goal is to:
* Build deep, trusted partnerships
* Create joint go-to-market strategies
* Ensure successful execution in customer engagements
* Enable partners to grow their business on top of the Wandelbots platform
* Help enterprises regain competitiveness through Physical AI
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, delivery and ecosystem scale. Reporting to Head of Sales.
What you will do
1. Strategic Partner Ownership
* Own and develop relationships with:
o Consulting firms
o Transformation partners
o IT service providers and system integrators
* Act as the single point of accountability for partner success
* Position Wandelbots as a platform partner, not a vendor
* Ensure alignment with Wandelbots’ enterprise and platform strategy
2. Joint Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
* Define and execute joint GTM plans with key partners
* Align on:
o Target industries and enterprise accounts
o Value propositions and messaging
o Roles in direct vs. partner-led motions
* Support co-selling, co-marketing and executive-level positioning
* Ensure pipeline creation and deal progression through partners
3. Partner Enablement & Capability Building
* Enable partners to:
o Understand and position the Wandelbots platform
o Sell Physical AI and IT-OT transformation at executive level
o Deliver PoVs and scaled rollouts successfully
* Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification
* Ensure partners can deliver enterprise-grade outcomes, not just projects
4. Execution Quality & Customer Success Alignment
* Ensure partner-led engagements meet:
o Enterprise architecture standards
o Security and governance expectations
o Wandelbots’ platform integrity
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Project.Studio
* Prevent long-running pilots without business ownership
* Ensure a clear path from PoV to platform adoption
5. Ecosystem Growth & Long-Term Scale
* Help partners grow their own services, offerings and revenue based on Wandelbots
* Create win-win models where:
o Partners scale delivery and transformation
o Customers gain competitiveness
o Wandelbots benefits from adoption and recurring platform usage
* Continuously evolve the partner model toward non-linear scale
Your profile
Experience & Background
* Proven experience in partner management, alliances or ecosystem roles
* Background in:
o Consulting
o IT services
o Digital transformation
o Enterprise platforms
* Track record of building and executing joint GTM strategies
* Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex buying centers
* Ideally, you are based in one of the following regions: Rhine-Main, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, or Cologne/Bonn
Domain & Market Understanding
* Strong understanding of:
o Enterprise IT architectures
o OT environments in manufacturing, production or logistics
o Transformation programs and change management
* Ability to connect business strategy, IT and operations

* High credibility with partners and enterprise stakeholders
