(Senior) UX/UI Product Designer
Your Tasks
* Design user-centred solutions for data-driven digital products
* Structure complex, data-heavy content into clear user flows and interfaces
* Collaborate closely with Product during discovery, definition and validation
* Translate analytical and business requirements into practical UX concepts
* Design consistent and scalable UI systems and components
* Create wireframes and prototypes to support early decision-making
* Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are realistic and efficient to implement within existing frontend technologies and frameworks.
* Align with Data teams on analytical logic and data visualisation
* Contribute to effective collaboration in a cross-functional setup
Your Profile
Must-haves
* Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer for digital or web-based products
* Strong product-oriented mindset with focus on usability and clarity
* Experience designing data-heavy or analytical interfaces
* Solid understanding of layout systems, grids and responsive design
* Experience working with design systems or component-based UI approaches
* Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to design
Nice-to-haves
* Experience with data visualisation (dashboards, charts, analytical interfaces)
* Experience facilitating or contributing to discovery or product workshops
* Familiarity with common UI frameworks or design systems (e.g. Material Design)
* Experience with AI-supported products or interfaces
* Understanding of social media platforms and related metrics
* Background in agency, media, martech or adtech environments
* Basic German language skills are a plus and helpful for internal
