Job Title: Glass Sales Expert
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators within their assigned region.
The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, secure orders, and prepare annual contracts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base.
* Customer Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors, share insights to support strategic decisions.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication & Interpersonal Competence: Fluent in English (additional skills in German is a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
