Your responsibility: Recruitment & capacity planning : Define psychologist roles, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and forecast team capacity to ensure we meet demand. Onboarding : Manage the entire onboarding journey—from offer acceptance and paperwork to training milestones and regular check-ins. Quality management : Establish KPIs and feedback loops, run regular performance reviews, and collaborate with clinical leads to address any gaps. Community management : Conduct surveys, maintain our online community platform, moderate discussions, and organize virtual & onsite meetups to foster engagement. Psychologist Support: Handle contracts, salary negotiations, and profile updates Assistance with data analysis and case studies : Work with scientific data, basic methodological knowledge to analyze and interpret key findings (applying tools such as SPSS), and contribute to the development and analysis of case studies. You'll be successful with these skills: Bachelor and/or Master in Psychology or a similar field At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field, e.g. psychological counseling, recruitment, mental health support, or other human services roles Understanding of therapeutic methods and psychological procedures Strong operational mindset, self-motivated and hands-on approach Confident and assertive communicator, especially when it comes to making hiring decisions or leading contract negotiations & performance reviews Passion for building structured, supportive, and scalable systems for a high-impact team Data-driven mindset Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, proficient in business-level written and spoken communication.
