As a key member of our global operations team, you will provide comprehensive support to lawyers in managing their daily tasks. This includes overseeing correspondence and coordination, acting as liaison between internal teams and clients, and scheduling meetings.

Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience as an executive assistant or international coordinator is highly valued
* Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential for this role
* Proficiency in English is also required, and knowledge of French is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
* Solid command of Microsoft Office tools is required
* Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
