What You’ll Do Own the full-cycle recruitment process for our tech teams – from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through interviews, managing offers, and closing hires Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data-driven decisions Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging your network and proactive outreach Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent Elevate our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into sourcing strategies and ensuring a standout candidate experience Manage and optimize our ATS to drive efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes What We’re Looking For Proven experience in tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast-paced in-house recruiting team A deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams Fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly, German skills are beneficial Why join vivenu?
