The role is a 100% remote freelance contract with the option to join full-time (if you want).
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced Google Ads specialist who can take over our current setup, restructure it, and scale it profitably.
We want competence, clarity, speed.
Your Responsibilities
* Build, structure, and scale Search, Shopping, PMAX, Brand, and Competitor campaigns
* Analyze and optimize KPIs: ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV, CVR, funnel performance
* Create and optimize product feeds (titles, descriptions, attributes, custom labels)
* Handle Merchant Center issues (suspensions, limited performance, policy conflicts)
In short: Own the entire Google channel from strategy to execution and scale it to the moon!
What You Bring
* 2–5+ years of proven e-commerce performance experience in Google Ads
* Strong hands-on expertise in Shopping and Feed Management
* You think in profit, LTV, and contribution margin
* Bonus: experience with supplements, or fast-scaling D2C companies
