? Research Pathologist Job Opportunity in Hessen

? Key Responsibilities:
3. Lead an international team of pathologists
4. Maintain and expand the organization’s network within the global pathology community
5. Act as a Medical Director for the site in Kassel, Germany
6. Optimize pathology-related processes
7. Guide teams in assay development and validation
8. Support project management, business development teams, and clients
9. Evaluate clinical trial specimens
10. Train external pathologists on interpreting novel biomarkers
11. Prepare publications and posters in collaboration with customers
? Position Qualifications:
12. Must be on-site
13. Board certification required (German board certification preferred)
14. Additional training in Cytology
15. Experience in hematopathology and/or genomics a plus
16. Expertise in predictive biomarkers with a focus on oncology and immunology
17. Proficient in IHC, mIF, FISH, and RNA in situ hybridization
18. Experience with digital imaging applications
19. Excellent English communication skills
20. Strong team player
21. Comfortable working in a GCLP environment
