We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller / FP&A to strengthen our finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across Europe, with close alignment to our US headquarters. This role includes line management responsibility for a team of two FP&A professionals and strong interaction with senior stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for revenues, costs and margins
* Prepare and analyze management reporting for European management and US HQ
* Act as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain and operations
* Ownership of inventory valuation and close collaboration with operations
* Monitor cost structures and identify financial risks and optimization opportunities
* Support closing activities and ensure alignment with group reporting standards
* Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports
* Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
* Several years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in retail or consumer goods
* Strong know-how in costing, inventory accounting and margin analysis
* Prior experience in an international environment, ideally with US stakeholders
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Advanced Excel and ERP experience; BI tools are a plus
* Fluent English and German are required
* Structured, proactive and hands-on leadership style
