We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As the face of our technical expertise, you will conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
1. Responsibilities:
o You will act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.
o Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our data center services.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
o Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
o Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.

Requirements:
* Experience:
o A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related field, such as Data Center Technician or Field Engineer.
o Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.
o Experience with hardware from major vendors, including Dell, HP, Cisco, and Juniper.
* Relevant Skills:
o Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards, racking, and power distribution.
o Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.
o Familiarity with network topologies, protocols, and concepts, such as VLANs and routing.
o Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
o Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, are highly desirable.
o A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
