Responsibilities Serves as the Focal Point of online marketing. Ensures all contain displayed is up-to-date, accurate, accessible and conforms to regulatory requirements. Works to apply and implement website initiatives; evaluates requirements and advises on design capabilities and maintenance responsibilities. Assists in the production of marketing plans and materials. Communicates MWR program promotions and advertisements to the Installation population through flyers, posters, bulletin boards, calendar, emails, announcements and other media. Assists in the marketing and coordination of annual MWR special events. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Practical knowledge of website maintenance and 1-3 years experience in marketing. Must possess organizational skills and be able to work quickly in a web-based environment. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet project deadlines and specifics tasks. Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS4(Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign) is preferred as well as specialized education obtained in course work related to marketing, interactive communications or other related field. Highly Preferred Experience with Social Media content and website maintenance to include scheduling, posting, and changing content, responding to questions.
